Ranch style home at Bridges Bay Resort built in 2017. Come and enjoy all Okoboji has to offer with all the comforts of home. This beautiful ranch is perfect for your family vacation! Main level includes large kitchen with island and bar seating for 4, plus kitchen table seating for 7, open concept to large family room, including large smart HDTV, half bathroom and laundry with full size washer and dryer, as well as the master bedroom with attached full bathroom. Large screened-in deck with grill overlooks common grounds and community pool 20 yards away. Kitchen also includes full size fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need - dishes, pots and pans, pancake griddle, crock pot, etc.
Basement has another family room with large L-shaped couch and smart HDTV, also features incredible 4-player arcade loaded with 3,000 classic arcade games. Basement includes 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom.
2 car garage converted to a rec room with epoxy - finished floor really makes this home stand out. Garage features large HDTV, Shuffleboard, Foosball table, electronic dart board and 2 player electronic Pop-A-Shot basketball hoop, table/chairs and yard games. Smart home includes built-in zone speakers to play music throughout the main level, deck, basement and garage (via smart phone). YouTubeTV subscription (all smart tvs) and Blue Ray player included. Linens and towels included. Queen sized air mattress and pump available for additional sleeping space.

The large Bridges Bay Resort property boasts Boji Splash-Okoboji's only indoor waterpark (6 Free daily passes included with rental), arcade, fitness room, several outdoor swimming pools (one is located 20 yards from our backdoor!- open Memorial Day to Labor Day) playground, fishing pond, and several lake-front restaurants that overlook East Lake Okoboji. Large outdoor pool at Bridges Bay resort overlooks East Lake Okoboji and has a swim up bar. Recently renovated, the outdoor pool features large water slides, pool volleyball and pool basketball! All hotel amenities included with rental.

*This is a very family friendly resort - no large or loud parties are permitted. No bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted. While our cabin can sleep 12, it is not set up to sleep 12 adults. Bunk beds are generally intended for kids. Failure to comply may result in termination of agreement without refund.
